Willingness to Travel and/or Tutor!

My clients have ranged in age and have come to me from many places. I have also enjoyed traveling to work with them from their home locations. This has taken me to many states and several other countries. I am more than willing to travel to work with clients and count it a privilege to do so!

I have also have the privilege of working with some local clients after programming to help them with program follow-up exercises. This has been very rewarding, to say the least!  .

Until reading The Gift of Dyslexia by Ronald D. Davis, I thought that dyslexia was caused by a neurological condition which an adult or child needed to work around or endure. But then I learned that dyslexia was caused by perceptual disorientation which can be corrected by using Davis Dyslexia Correction® procedures. I eagerly enrolled in training from the Davis Dyslexia Association International (DDAI).

After attending that first training event for Davis programming in August, 1995, I continued to return to DDAI in Burlingame, California, for further training until I was certified as a facilitator by DDAI in April of 1998. During the summer of 1998, I established the Michiana Dyslexia Correction Center to be able to work full-time with the Davis program.
